What is It?

The Extranet is in many ways an extension of our "workspace" idea for working with information on the Internet. Our workspaces organize Internet information for our staff so that they can quickly and easily have access to important information. Whereas the workspaces were originally developed for our interoffice Intranet, only some of them are available on the Internet site. Our Extranet solves much of this problem. The Extranet allows us to offer more of these workspaces to our clients, agents and other offices in order to have access to information.

What is Available?

In addition to the already publicly available workspaces such as Air Waybill Tracking, Forms, Contact Information and the other various areas, the Extranet provides expanded information workspaces, form download areas and more.

We see the Internet as an ideal method for transfering information between branch offices and agents. Through our Extranet, our agents can upload and download account specific information, client information, rate information and shipment tracking information.

Our clients can also access specific account information, shipment tracking information, rate information and have access to tailored shipping and trade information.

How to Get Access

If you are a ClearFreight client or agent, please contact us about communicating with us via the Internet. We can set you up with your own Extranet Workspace and tailor the information you require.
